- Multi-format rendering (9:16, 1:1, 16:9 aspect ratios)
- Optional publishing to social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To use Cliphi, you must create an account and provide accurate information:
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Cliphi
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Pricing & Billing
Subscription Plans
Cliphi operates on a credit-based subscription model:

- Credit Packs: One-time purchases available to active subscribers; pack sizes and prices vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.
- Cancel anytime through your account settings or the relevant payment-provider portal.
Credit Usage
Credits are consumed as follows:
- Video Processing: 1 credit per minute of input video
- Clip Rendering: 0.25 credits per second of output clip
- Credits never expire - unused credits roll over month-to-month
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our credit-based service and immediate delivery of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, subscription fees, or credit pack purchases. 5. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to content you create using Cliphi. However, by using our service:

- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with YouTube's Terms of Service
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights for any source material
Cliphi's Intellectual Property
The Cliphi platform, including its AI models, software, design, and branding, is owned by Cliphi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.
Copyright Infringement

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Cliphi to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Process content you do not have rights to use

- Use automated tools to abuse or overload our systems

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Important: Cliphi automatically deletes videos and clips 7 days after creation.
- You are responsible for downloading your clips before the 7-day retention period expires
- We do not guarantee recovery of expired content
- Deleted content cannot be restored
- Account data and billing records are retained according to our Privacy Policy
8. Third-Party Services
Cliphi integrates with third-party services including:
- YouTube (for video sourcing and publishing)
- Instagram (for publishing)
- TikTok (for publishing)
- Stripe (for payments)
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers & Warranties
Cliphi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
- We do not guarantee specific results from AI-powered features
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all YouTube videos
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures
- You use Cliphi at your own risk
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cliphi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms
- Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately
- Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination (no refunds)
- Your content will be deleted according to our retention policy
12. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of Cliphi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
13. Governing Law
