1. What You Purchase
Cliphi is a digital software service (SaaS) that turns long videos and livestreams into short vertical clips. Purchases are made as:
- Monthly subscriptions that include a monthly credit allowance
- One-time credit packs available to active subscribers
Credits are delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment and are consumed when you process videos and render clips. Because this is a digital service, no physical goods are shipped and "returns" do not apply.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing (Usage) page. Stripe customers can also manage or cancel through the Stripe customer portal.
- Cancellation stops all future charges. No further renewal payments will be taken after you cancel.
- All credits already in your account stay there and never expire — cancelling never takes away anything you have paid for.
- You can subscribe again at any time, to the same plan or a different one.
- No cancellation fees, ever.

3. Refunds
Because credits are digital goods delivered instantly and usable immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. In particular, we do not offer refunds for:
- Credits that have already been consumed
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial billing periods after cancellation (your credits stay with you instead — they never expire)
We do issue refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge: you were billed more than once for the same purchase
- Payment without delivery: you were charged but the credits or subscription were not added to your account
- Verified technical failure: a fault on our side prevented you from using the service you paid for, and we could not resolve it
- Unauthorized transaction: a charge you did not make, reported promptly
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] from your registered email address.
- Include the transaction ID or payment reference (from your payment receipt) and a short description of the issue.
- We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your statement.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners — Razorpay (India) or Stripe, depending on your region. Cliphi does not store your card, UPI, or bank details. Refunds are always routed back through the same payment partner and method used for the original transaction.
