Paste a link or upload a file; Cliphi transcribes it, finds the moments most likely to hold attention, scores each one, and renders each chosen moment as a finished clip with speaker-aware framing, word-by-word animated captions, background music and a written post description. It also works on livestreams while they are still live. It runs in the browser on phones and computers. There is no Android APK, no desktop installer and no app store listing. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only in monthly credits. Unused credits roll over and are kept after a cancellation. One-time credit packs never expire.
